Privacy Policy
The free caption generator runs in your browser. Topics entered into the generator are not sent to ReelSpark servers or saved by ReelSpark. The public website is delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure, and your browser may connect to Google Fonts to load the website typography.
The website displays an official bank-issued payment QR and the recipient’s account title. It does not display a payment phone number. Like every payment QR, the image contains machine-readable routing information required by participating payment apps.
When you email payment proof, your email provider processes the information you choose to send, such as your name, delivery email, selected pack, order reference and transaction reference. We use this information only to verify the order, deliver the purchased pack and provide customer support.
Never send a wallet PIN, OTP, password, CNIC image or complete card details by email. Payment must be verified in the receiving account before digital delivery.

Terms of Use & Sale
Free generator results are provided as creative suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing captions, hashtags and hooks before publishing them.
Premium packs are digital products delivered by email after payment verification. The buyer receives a personal, non-exclusive licence to use and adapt the content for their own social media or business. Packs may not be resold, republished as a competing pack, shared publicly or redistributed.
An email order is a request, not a confirmed sale. The order becomes confirmed after the correct payment is received and verified. Delivery details and any expected timing will be confirmed in the seller’s email reply.

Refund Policy
You may cancel an order before payment. Because premium packs are digital products, payments are generally non-refundable after the files have been delivered, except where required by applicable law or where the delivered file is materially different from the confirmed order.
If you make a duplicate or incorrect payment, contact us with the transaction reference. Each case will be reviewed after the payment is confirmed in the receiving account. Do not rely only on a payment screenshot.
